Pet Policy

Pets must be on a leash anytime outside the apartment. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $350 for 1 pet and $500 for 2 with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Additional monthly pet rent of $25 for 1 pet and $40 for 2 pets is in additional to the monthly rent. Any aggressive canine breed will not be allowed in our community, unless he/she is a service or therapy companion with proper documentation. No dog breeds will be allowed who are known to exhibit aggressive or vicious behavior, including but not limited to the following: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Great Dane or Wolf Hybrid. Any half or mixed-breed of the aforementioned breeds will also be included on the restricted list.
