|Recommended: YesGreat place to call home — First off, everyone here is very friendly and welcoming both staff and neighbors
Janice over at management office is amazing and extremely helpful, as well as the maintenance team. Calibre Bend is constantly engaging with residents through monthly food truck events, holiday pool parties, halloween apartment decoration competition, and my new favorite, neighborhood pet of the month Calibre Bend's staff genuinely want to help whenever you have a concern, and are always within a quick response time. They are also very active on their instagram account which keeps you up to date with any news or activity going on.
The apartments are a little out dated Our AC isn't as strong across the AC unit side of the apartment but besides that I believe there are no other cons. I genuinely recommend Calibre Bend to someone looking for a place to call home.

|Recommended: YesMoving in — Quick and easy and professional. Janice in the office is always there to answer questions. It seems like she is the only one in the office because she does a great job of handling it. I am sure there are behind the scenes staff that are great.

|Recommended: YesWe love living here — We were looking for apartments one day and randomly pulled into Calibre Bend. Janice gave us a tour even though we were a walk in and showed much more professionalism and enthusiasm than many other leasing agents we had spoken to at other complexes. We moved in July of 2021 and have been enjoying our apartment thus far. Overall, for the price, this place is a great deal. My only gripe is the second room in a 2x2 that is farther from the AC unit will be significantly hotter than the rest of the apartment and receives little airflow. This is also true for the bathroom that is away from the AC unit. The maintenance people are very kind, helpful and willing to fix problems that are within their scope, but they will not replace an AC unit. If you get hot easily, the 2nd bedroom isn't a place for you. Other than that, this place is great. The layout of the whole floorplan is efficient with how it uses space, making the apartment look larger than it is. The landscaping is beautiful and the complex is right across the street from a publix and a target. Parking is always available and they host events with free food pretty often. Considering the cost of living here, this place is a great value and I would recommend it to people.

|Recommended: YesOverall a nice quiet community with amenities available to all. — I've only lived here a short time but it's the perfect place where I can feel at home. The area is pretty quiet and although I have yet to visit the pool, the apartment complex is set up nicely and creates an inviting environment for all. The outside is well kept and we love our apartment here at Calibre Bend

|Recommended: YesExcellent — The location is excellent, the office staff and maintenance are highly responsive, the property is always up to date, the neighbors are quiet and respectful. One-bedroom apartments are pretty pricey for the age of the property. I wish it was still a gated community. That was one of the reason's I moved here. Fortunately, I have never seen or heard police on property.

Great place for families, very secured and in a good location. Close proximity to shopping and entertainment. Great professional staff. Always had my maintenance issues addressed quickly. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a good place to live.

|Recommended: NoIts alright average — Out of the other complex's I have lived at this one did have the best landscaping cleanliness throughout the grounds of the complex. However, upon move out I was billed 500 to be removed out of my deposit, one charge specifically was cleaning. After spending a couple of days cleaning inside the apartment and the patio it wasn't clean enough, but once moved in I had dog pee on the walls, soap scum in the bathrooms, and the washing machine didn't work. Just confused how you can get charged a cleaning fee when moving out was cleaner than moving in, but thats also how apartment complex's get you I guess. Also, the gates were moved 1 2 through my lease because they were faulty and we received increase crime break in emails monthly, which was concerning. Overall the complex is roughly a 2.5 5
