|Recommended: YesAmazing, super impressed so far — I've just moved in recently, but in my experience so far, property staff have typically been deceitful, disorganized, and neglectful. This was not the case here at Calibre. I'm extremely satisfied with the customer service they were quick to respond, attentive, and gracefully efficient with helping me through the application process. I look forward to living here

|Recommended: YesBeautiful community Great location and amenities — The apartment itself is nicely renovated my appliances, floors, and painting is very clean and updated. Amenities are amazing, the pool deck is gorgeous and having a 24-hour gym in walking distance is super convenient. I love the location and my neighbors have all been very welcoming and kind since I moved in

|Recommended: YesVery good place — We have a lovely community. The front office staff is always looking for things to get people more involved and do things as a community. Some of the appliances are a bit old, but they are changing them as we go. Overall, lovely complex with a very relaxing atmosphere.

|Recommended: YesGreat community, reasonable rent prices. — Apartments are spacious and fairly well updated. Have had a couple of maintenance issues since moving in a month ago, but maintenance staff is super friendly and quick to respond, all issues have been resolved in a timely fashion. Neighbors are extremely friendly. Parking isn't difficult to find. Pool and pool deck are kept very clean. Neighborhood is within walking distance to two grocery stores and countless restaurants. My sister has lived here for two years and I knew that this would be the location of my next apartment, so when one opened up, I snagged it. Carey, the community manager, is fantastic as well. They also do lots of resident appreciation events like raffles if you pay rent early, food trucks in the neighborhood, and bingo.
