|Recommended: YesMost helpful staff I have ever encountered — Let me start by saying that I have been here for over 3 years now. The maintenance and office staff are SOOOO helpful and prompt with anything you need. I have had a couple of major appliance issues and the maintenance staff were at my apartment the same day fixing the issue. The grounds are kept up really well, and the pool area is super nice. Overall, my favorite apartment I have ever lived in.

|Recommended: NoNeeds updates — Apartment is not worth 1300 a lot of work needed cheap paint job overspray on cabinets and bathroom tubs leaky as well. Tiles loose in the kitchen. Microwave light won’t turn off at all and Appliances like laundry machine very noisy and I found clothes from previous resident behind the machine they did not clean very well either bath tubs filthy. Holes in the walls also that were just painted over and not patched up properly.

|Recommended: YesGreat Property, Great People — I'm very impressed with Calibre Bend It's a nice, peaceful and friendly community filled with wonderful amenities and fantastic staff. Even after experiencing a couple hiccups upon moving in, between maintenance and Carey, the community manager, everything was back in order within a matter of a day or so. Since then, I've enjoyed life in Calibre and look forward to continuing to call it my home

|Recommended: YesBest apartment I've lived in — Living at Calibre Bend feels like living in a house, not an apartment. There aren't lots of apartments in tota here, so each apartment is able to have it's own private entrance - instead of the typical hallway setup. This makes the entire complex have a cozy feeling. including the apartment which is pretty large. The complex is gated and feels very safe, even at night. It's located in a great area, close proximity to university goldenrod, which accommodated my girlfriend and I to drive to school and work. I would highly recommend moving here, I'm extremely proud to show off my apartment to friends and family because of how nice it is here.

|Recommended: YesFamily oriented Community. — At first glance, the apartment complex is very quite. Once you enter you are welcomed on the left, the trash and PO boxes very convenient. If you live in the back be prepared to go over numerous speed bumps more problems for lower sitting cars . The office staff are very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are well maintained. The two bedroom apartment at the time of initial purchase were very affordable compared to many other complexes. Thinking forward to the present. The apartment has some flaws. The doorway stairway has a high ceiling that can cause a c to run continuously to keep the house cool. As well as a window that you can't access without a high ladder to put black out curtains. The bathrooms do not have GFCI outlets, which can be concerning. Other than these small things. The apartment is great. The pricing is still quite affordable even as a 1000 square foot apartment and 2 bedroom.
