|Recommended: YesClean and safe with a peace of mind — This is a great place to call home. Everyone in this community is friendly and the staff to me is like family. You can go in and chat a bit share some laughs all while paying your bill.
The maintenance guys here are definitely amazing and get things done fast. You will always see staff smiling and ready to help with anything.
There are college students that stay here in the community but they are respectful as well. So overall great

|Recommended: YesNew maintenance supervisor — Unfortunately the complex has gone through multiple maintenance staff while I've lived here. The new maintenance supervisor Ramiro is a great addition. I put in a work order for my microwave and shower rod and he took care of it asap. He is very efficient and wonderful personality. And he did a great job. The other maintenance gentleman is great also.

|Recommended: YesHas had a lot of changes — The apartments are great but it feels like they've changed owners for every year I've lived here. They've made some great changes to the community though.

|Recommended: YesHopefully improving — We have lived here for 6 months. When our air conditioner broke soon after we moved in the maintenance team was great and brought us air conditioners until they were able to replace it a few days later .
Other less pressing maintenance issues we have had to ask multiple times for things to be fixed.
The gate to the complex has never worked.
New management just started and they seem good so i'm hoping things improve.

|Recommended: YesHome away from home. — I've lived here for three and a half years now, and seen the complex go through management changes, renovations, etc. Despite small issues I have had, they were able to stay on top of it and made sure it was all taken care of. It's a beautiful place, nice and quiet, neighbors are friendly, and it makes you feel like you have a home here.
